Here are all the Basic Elements you can find and use.
Red

Tablet - No Level Requirement - Single Ally - Restores 10 HP.
Fire Ball - No Level Requirement - Single Enemy - Deals 5 Damage.
Ointment - No Level Requirement - Single Ally - Removes Burn and Other Red Status Effects.
Magma Bomb - Requires Level 5 - All Enemies - Deals 5 Damage to Each.
Fire Pillar - Requires Level 5 - Single Enemy - Deals 15 Damage, Inflicts Burn.
Turn Red - Requires Level 10 - Single Ally or Enemy - Temporary Turns Targets Innate Colour Red.
Anti Blue - Requires Level 15 - Single Enemy - Prevents Target From Using Blue Elements for Four Turns.
Red Field - Requires Level 15 - All Allies and Enemies - Increases the Effects of all Red Elements by x4 until a Different Element Colour is Used.
Strengthen - Requires Level 20 - Single Ally - Doubles Targets Attack for Four Turns.
Weaken - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Decreases Targets Attack by Half for Four Turns.
Magma Burst - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Deals 30 Damage, Inflicts Burn.
Inferno - Requires Level 30 - All Enemies - Deals 40 Damage to Each, Inflicts Burn to Each.
Volcano - Requires Level 70 - All Enemies - Deals 60 Damage to Each, Inflicts Burn to Each.
Blue

Aqua Ball - Requires Level 5 - Single Enemy - Deals 15 Damage.
Turn Blue - Requires Level 10 - Single Ally or Enemy - Temporarily Turns Targets Innate Colour Blue.
Anti Red - Requires Level 15 - Single Enemy - Prevents Target From Using Red Elements for Four Turns.
Blue Field - Requires Level 15 - All Allies and Enemies - Increases the Effects of all Blue Elements by x4 Until a Different Element Colour is Used.
Cure Plus - Requires Level 15 - Single Ally - Restores 25 HP.
Nimble - Requires Level 20 - Single Ally - Doubles Targets Magic Defence for Four Turns.
Numble - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Decreases Targets Magic Defence by Half for Four Turns.
Ice Blast - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Deals 30 Damage, Inflicts Frozen.
Cure All - Requires Level 30 - All Allies - Restores 100 HP Each.
Deluge - Requires Level 30 - All Enemies - Deals 40 Damage to Each, Inflicts Either Flu or Frozen to Each.
Iceberg - Requires Level 70 - All Enemies - Deals 60 Damage to Each, Inflicts Flu and Frozen to Each.

Heal Plus - Requires Level 15 - Single Ally - Restores 23 HP.
Eagle Eye - Requires Level 20 - Single Ally - Doubles Targets Magic Attack for Four Turns.
Bat Eye - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Decreases Targets Magic Attack by Half for Four Turns.
Aero Blaster - Requires Level 20 - Single Enemy - Deals 30 Damage, Inflicts Sick.

Holy Light - Requires Level 35 - All Enemies - Deals 50 HP to Each.
Holy Healing - Requires Level 40 - All Allies - Restores all Targets HP and Removes all Status Effects to Each.
Ultra Nova - Requires Level 70 - All Enemies - Deals 100 Damage to Each.
